73. Priorities by Order (Art. 68). The Chief Justice may, ex officio or pursuant to an application, order that an appeal be heard by preference. Such application shall be presented on the date and time determined with the Clerk. It shall be notified to the parties and filed at the Office of the Court at least 2 working days before its presentation.
